Refund Policy

Delivery Policy

Project Delivery: All deliverables, including websites, Shopify stores, and other digital solutions, will be provided according to the agreed timeline and scope in the proposal or contract.
File Transfer: Upon project completion, all files and assets will be transferred to the client via secure digital methods (e.g., email, Google Drive, etc.).
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing any necessary materials (e.g., logos, content, product images) required for the completion of the project.
Ongoing Support: Post-launch, we offer maintenance and support services as outlined in the contract.
